QuickBooks

Connecting QuickBooks to Rever is a single OAuth flow - no credentials to generate, no developer setup required.

What You'll Need​

  • A QuickBooks Online account (Sandbox or Production) with admin access to the company you want to connect

Connect in Rever​

QuickBooks connects in two steps:

  1. Enable for your org - An admin goes to Connections, finds QuickBooks, and clicks Connect to enable it at the organization level.

  2. Connect your account - Once enabled, click Connect on the QuickBooks card. You'll be redirected to Intuit's login page - sign in, choose the company you want to connect, and grant Rever access. Once you approve, you'll be brought back to Rever automatically and the connection will be live.

No API keys, no manual configuration - the entire flow is handled via OAuth.

If you manage multiple QuickBooks companies, you'll get to pick which one to connect during the authorization step on Intuit's page.
